At Block and Wick LLC, we pour care, quality, and craftsmanship into every single product we create. Because of the nature of our items, we do not offer traditional refunds or exchanges.
However, your experience is incredibly important to us. We want you to love your Block and Wick products and enjoy a beautiful scent experience in your space.
Our Commitment to You
If your order arrives and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. While we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or burned products, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that leaves you happy.
Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care in packaging our candles to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event that your item arrives broken or damaged during transit (such as cracked glass):
Take a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box.
Email the photo to us at alex@blockandwick.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will quickly send a replacement or issue a store credit to make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Block and Wick LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your package is missing, please contact us and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
